This is a template Collection Notice under Australian Privacy Principle 5. anzscofinder collects most personal information about candidates from our customers, not directly from the individual. Where you (our customer) submit a person's CV to the anzscofinder API, you are generally the entity that must give that person an APP 5 notice. You may use or adapt the text below for that purpose.
We use anzscofinder (platform.anzscofinder.com), a third-party service, to read your CV and classify your experience against standard occupation codes (ANZSCO).
- The information in your CV (such as your name, contact details, work history, education and skills) will be sent to anzscofinder to perform this.
- As part of processing, your CV text is analysed by an AI service operated by OpenAI in the United States, so your information will be disclosed overseas.
- anzscofinder stores this data in Australia and deletes it within 30 days.
- This is an occupational-classification tool only. It is not immigration or visa advice and does not determine your visa eligibility.
If you do not want your CV processed in this way, please tell us. For how anzscofinder handles personal information, see its Privacy Policy at platform.anzscofinder.com/legal/privacy.
When you create a anzscofinder account, we collect your name, business name, email and billing details to operate your account and bill you. We handle this in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Contact: hello@anzscofinder.com.
